Best late night healthy/nutrious snack.?!


Question: Best late night healthy/nutrious snack.?
What is a great late night snack that doesn't have much calories, healthy, and satisfies cravings?

Salty/crunchy?
Sweet?
Spicy?

By late night I mean from 8pm-11pm.. I don't really like eating late.. Just something to munch on if hunger does erupt.

Salty/crunchy - salted almonds
sweet - fruit or low-fat yogurt
spicy - ...... hmmmm...salsa on something besides chips, maybe baby carrots



I always eat this snack bars durign that time cuse I eat dinner at 8pm so i get hungry before going to sleep wich is usually at 1am so the snack bars eliminate the hunger

Take a bowl and throw some grapes in it. Then, throw the bowl in the freezer overnight. The grapes will be frozen, so they'll take longer to eat, allowing your body to realize when it is full. The grapes are good for you, and they taste like an ice lollie! (popsicle).



cereal is the winner. I always get the munchies on a night time so have a bowl of frosties or crunch nut cornflakes, v good for you and delicious, plus tons of choice so never get bored.

If you want to remain slender you should always go to bed hungry!



Grilled cheese sandwich.....mmmmmmm.....soooo good!!!
