Question: Is what I've done bad? Please help! ?
I'm a 15 year old girl trying to loose weight. I'm 5'9 and weigh 140lbs! This week was spring break and I just went crazy and ate anything & everything! I wouldn't be suprised if I gained a pound or two! Although I workout alot everyday (At least 2 hours) I don't think it's enough! Since it was spring break I told myself I was just gonna have fun and enjoy myself and not worry about calories and stuff! It actually felt pretty good considering I banned myself from everything I've wanted for the past months and have been working out like crazy to loose the 15 pounds I did! Now I'm just looking to loose about 10 more pounds and I'm gonna try and go back to my healthy ways tommarow! But have I dug myself in a deep hole? I wanna continue to loose weight! I'm almost embarrased by the way I've been eating! :/

It's not to late your on the right track just being aware. Awareness is like a built in alarm system to tell you your going off the path that you wish to be on. GOOD LUCK



dont be embarassed becauzee as long as your working out youll be good. if u ever decide not to eat then u shud be embarassed becauzee thats stupid.



No offense, but It sounds like you have an unhealthy mindset when it comes to food and on your way to an eating disorder. I'm also a 5'9 woman and weigh 140 which is a healthy normal weight. We're supposed to weigh between 135-150lbs I believe, so don't worry. Enjoy your amazing metabolism while you can. When you get to be late twenties-early thirties metabolism rate drops and you can't even look at a muffin without gaining 5lbs.
