Would someone lose weight from this?!


Question: Would someone lose weight from this?
I just had my second baby a few months ago, I almost all of it besides these few extra pounds. I always eat healthy anyway, way before i had my second child. I'm 5'6 & 103 pounds right now, I know that is underweight, but I am trying to get back to my normal weight which is 94 pounds. No comments about me being underweight neither please.

I'm still going to eat healthy, like I always did.


Daily food list:

Morning:
Fruit.
Oat meal.
Eggs.
Cereal.
(I'm going to mix it up a lot)

Lunch:
Salad with Chicken.

Dinner:
Something healthy and light.

Snacks:
Fruit.

I only drink water.

I don't eat after 8 p.m.

Exercise:
Treadmill - 20 minutes.
Elliptical - 10 minutes.
Gazelle - 10 minutes.
Ab Cruncher - 10 minutes.
Jump rope - 5 minutes.
Hula hope - 5 minutes (Probably longer cause I do that with my daughter)

I just bought the Zumba for Xbox 360 and I'd like to do that as well for 30 minutes with my mother.
So, It wouldn't be 30 minutes for each of us, but we would be going back and forth.

Answers:

With the eggs I would recommend removing the yolk. The reason for this is because it is ridiculous high in cholesterol and fat. There are nutrients in it but you're better off removing it. Salad with chicken is always good. Nice lean chicken is a nice little kick. Cut out the dressing and you're set. When it comes to exercise, you burn more fat lifting weights than you do just doing cardio. Try low weights but high reps (12-15). That should do the trick.

As a side note...if you are talking about Zumba for Kinect get ready to be disappointed. Horrible glitchy game. Couldn't get it to work at all. Wish i had read the reviews before I bought it...everyone had the same complaints...wouldn't recognize movements...and I do zumba regularly. I returned it for Your Fitness or something like that. I love the new one.



First of all good shedule! Second how old are you?? And third that's really good just make sure you run a lot that way you'll loose more weight!!

I think you should be good. It really depends on your body type, but it seems like you are living a healthy lifestyle.
