Eat all the appropiate things you need for your body , do plenty of activies. If you live in a nice area go outside and jog while viewing the area.another helpful tip is to get involve in sports at your school were there are team mates to encourage you.

cut down on fast food.. Notice how I said cut down, becusse you do not want to rush... Take it slow.. You do not want to hurt ur self in anyways... Eat as healthy as you can.. Include vegiies in your food... And healthier drinks. Instead of pop chose milk or juice... Eat 3 sold meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner.. Breakfast is most important because if you do not eat breakfast ur body is low on sugar and you will have low sugar... But do not over eat.. In between the day have some snacks... Healthy snacks..

Replace everything in ur hse wit fruits and veggies and lean meat that so that when you do get hungry you got no other choice but to eat healthy things, run on a treadmill because that's cardio and doin cardio speads up you metabolism and get involved in sports at your school and have someone be your partner in this because support can go a long way

Its best to go to camps. Or best to eat salad and drink water. You can have meat in the salad. And for exercising. its best to join a gym. or Run with a relative every morning until you start seeing results.

Hi,
Wanting to be healthy is great :) i think something around a 10 pound would be a better target for you. Its good that you are not in hurry, because you are growing, so any extreme dieting at this age, will affect your future health severely.Would suggest
Diet:
1. Try to check if you have too many snacks, and cut back on them. Or choose healthier options like fruits.
2. Cut back/ avoid all aerated drink, they are pure junk with no nutrition. Go for juices/ shakes instead
3. Spread out your meals, and have 5 small meals a day. Cut back on your portion size, for example: try eating 1 and half instead of two portion, slowly you can get it down to 1 portion
4. Check if your food has too much oil, try to avoid such stuff and stick with less greasy food. Stick to as much fruits and vegetables as you can. Do have lean meat, and milk. You need good proteins at 13.
5. Occasionally do give in to your carving, if you really want to have 2 bowls ice cream, then have it once in a while, but then be sure you work it out later on.
6. If you have a sweet tooth, do try to keep that in check.
7. Drink loads of water, it will keep you hydrated, and fresh. Always have a glass of water prior to your meals, this will help you feel fuller before meal, and avoid over eating.
8. don't eat while watching t.v, you wont know what you ate, and you will end up over eating
Exercise:
1. Try jogging/walking/skipping any physical activity you like. Fix the amount of time you want to devote to it, like say 30 min walking daily, and stick to it religiously
2. Practice some sports you like. Can be anything that you enjoy, it will help you loose weight in specific area and develop stronger muscles.
3. Cycling is great option for traveling, longer distance, if you have a bicycle use it to the optimum. Try walking as much as you can, wherever possible skip the vehicle and walk it up.
4. Take the stairs, instead of lift.

M sure you will get there soon.
Goodluck :)

hey, I was having this bad eating situation for so long now that it seemed hopeless at the time to try to lose all this weight. I tried a ton of stuff but nothing worked. Till a friend show me these tips, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. I was feeling a bit lighter for the first week, but I was amazing. After that first drop of weight, which was such a great experience, I worked on eating right to continue to keep the weight off. I couldn't believe I hadnt found this earlier. Here's the site: http://cyberloseweighttoday.tk

Hi Emmett,

It's great that you want to lose weight and become healthy. Don't worry about your measurements, if you lose weight properly they will all take care of themselves ;)

The biggest influence in your weight is HOW MUCH YOU EAT. Look at pictures of children in Africa. None of them are obese. Why? Because they have little to no food. If it's 3 PM and you feel like eating a brownie, don't do it. If it's 9 PM and you are still hungry after dinner, ignore it and do something else. Eating less food than your body burns will cause you to lose weight, I guarantee it. It doesn't even matter much what foods you eat or don't eat... the only thing that matters is HOW MUCH FOOD you are taking in. For example, if you had to choose between the two options, it's better to eat 1 hamburger a day than 4 big salads.

Weightlifting + a light/medium diet is the best combination that will shed body fat. If you can't access any free weights because you're 13, running is good too.

There's a lot of misinformation out there about losing weight. You are absolutely correct that you don't need any pills. Diet and exercise are the key. If you can, I recommend you join a gym and get a personal trainer who will work out an eating and exercise schedule for you.

Good luck!
