Question: How long would it take me to lose weight in my thighs?
my thighs are thick an larger then the top half of my body
i would really like to lose weight in my thighs
how long do you think it would take ?

Tread mil? or incline? do all these work outs change your routine nooooo sugars no fatty junk foods lean meats and veggis. work out EVERY DAY FOR AN HOUR the best you can at your rate, slowwly build up your speed and longevity and with in a month you can lose 3 to 5 inches. dont stop there keep going and just become a total bomb shell and do other work outs. Besides im sure you are already perfect good luck

You don't really get to choose... think about it this way...
