Question: How much weight will lose in 5 months??!! please help?
Im on day 5 of my diet and exercise plan.I go for a 2 hour brisk walk everyday and lift weights for a half an hour each night and my diet consists of cereal for breakfast, boiled egg, veg such as broccoli red pepper, carrots and onions,some liver, fruit and basically i eat 1200 cals a day. I also drink 2litres of water. my weight is 280 and my height is 5'7

if you keep up with what you said, you should lose around 80-100 pounds in 5 month time frame.



It is not better idea to have a diet with out a good plan. If you done it and you might be have some other illness. But with a good supervision it won't be affect badly.I found a site which say a lot about lose weight.I think it will be helpful for your question.Visit here

losing weight rapidly by harsh dieting plans..and tough exercise routine is not a good idea..
i never count those calories but i had reduces 6 kg in last 5 months,by doing some simple exercises(running and swimming) and not eating fast food and other oily foods..no need to count calories i must say..

dnt lose ur weight too fats ,jst eat healthy i mean dn eat extra carbs and fats. eat fruits vegetables more than meat. ideal weight reduction depends on various factors e.g height, body mass idex. however one should reduce 1 kg in a week. if u r reducing more than that then u r in trouble. As long as ur question is concerned u can lose a lot of weight in 5 months. i had lost almost 20 kg in 5 months and surely it will depend on u that how much r u regular in your exercise and diet.
