Question: How much weight will lose in 5 months time??!! please help?
Im on day 5 of my diet and exercise plan.I go for a 2 hour brisk walk everyday and lift weights for a half an hour each night and my diet consists of cereal for breakfast, boiled egg, veg such as broccoli red pepper, carrots and onions,some liver, fruit and basically i eat 1200 cals a day. I also drink 2litres of water. my weight is 280 and my height is 5'7

I started putting on fat after university.
