How to lose weight without dieting?!


Question: How to lose weight without dieting?
Ok first I'm a 14yr old boy, I weigh 137-150lbs and im 5'7-5'8.
I want to lose at least 20-30 lbs befOre the summer, and I DO NOT WANT TO GO ON A DIET. Will doing 100 situps a day, drink 7 cups of water , and walking around my house/yard help and sucking in my stomach help? I do not want my fat to show when I wear tshirts. Please help

What's up man. I'm 14 too and I'm in pretty good shape without really dieting. First off, sucking in your stomach won't help anything. Second you don't need to lose 20 pounds, you just need to lose 5 pounds and turn the other 15 into muscle. If you Want to look good for the summer and high school I'll tell you what you need to do. First you need to RUN EVERY day. At least a mile to start out. Also do 30 pushups a night and 3 sets of 25 crunches. Drink lots of water and don't drink soda! Try and eat healthier like order grilled chicken instead of fried. If you do what I tell you, you will begin seeing change in about a week. Don't listen to people who put you down either. You're perfect in your own way

ell im a female and im 23 i love going to the gym 2 but mayor mistake you have to stop going like you need to explain to me more like? you just go to the gym or you do exercise outside of the gym?????????? ok if you just go to the gym that would be a mistake at least for my point of view??? try mixing it like lets say you go 4 days to the gym well mix 2 days jogging in the park, track ?? do push ups pull ups oout side of the gym or just jog then the other 2 days go to the gym but do not exaggerate of the weights you try on try to do weight a little lighter than u usually try on.? Hope i'm making since??? and you need to cut sodas, greasy foods, limit red meat try more chicken good luck



if you don't want to put in the work, you won't lose weight. the key to losing weight is diet and exercise - i should know, i've been killing myself trying to lose weight. just doing a few sit ups every day will do no good if you refuse to eat the right foods. exercise strengthens muscles, and shifts fat to a certain extent but it will do no good at all if you continue to stuff your face with sugar and fat. all you'll get for your trouble is an early heart attack.



that's sounds pretty good but, don't go on a diet just make adjustments like at school get a salad or chicken burger instead of pizza just little stuff like that and make sure to eat breakfast it makes your body work fast to digest food.

You only need to eat healthy food and avoid fatty foods, proper exercise will help you to reduce weight. So there is no need to go for dieting.
