I an 5'3'' and 140 pounds but i feel totally fat!!! i want drop at 90 pounds!!!

if you don't like your results and still want to loose Weight ( losing 90 pounds is unachievable and you will die if you try to get to only 50 pounds, not even your core systems with out the added fat stores are that low) then use the daily caloric needs calculator http://www.acefitness.org/calculators/daily-caloric-needs-calculator.aspx and fallow some simple training exercises, even going outside and playing for about an hour a day increases your bodies need for calories by 500Cal's. also you want to eat healthier foods, preferably 100% whole grains, fruit, vegetables, lean meats, and anything else in that category and stay away from foods that have a high saturated fat content like fast foods and junk, now what im saying is not to avoid these foods completely, but just limit your intake of these kinds of foods, it is ok to have some unhealthy foods ONLY AS TREATS to reward yourself for doing a good job BUT DON'T EAT ALL THE TIME, also another good way to help loose Weight is to have a large breakfast in the morning, a medium lunch, and a small dinner, because your body need calories in the day to do even the most simple of tasks but needs almost none at night when you sleep then eating a large dinner will only increase your fat stores while having no breakfast in the morning will make you want to eat more throughout the day. but the biggest advice i can give you is that you ABSOLUTELY MUST STICK TO YOUR SCHEDULES if you make a training and eating regiment it is Absolutely necessary to stick to it otherwise no matter what you do your body wont burn off any fat stores, i hope this advice helps

At 90lbs you'll look like a hunger-victim, or a little boy, both not really things to aspire to.

You're not fat BTW, you're still in the healthy range, so if you wanna tone-up just go play a sports, join a dance-class, but don't go diet like a crazy-person, it won't be effective, and it'll cause you some serious trouble in the long-run.



Actually, I think that is completely normal! If you feel like you are fat and not content with yourself, then just exercise a little and look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are beautiful. You definitely don't need to drop 90 pounds, then you'd be dead....you'd weigh 50 pounds -.- lol

Just keep your chin up, i'm sure you're not fat at all...it's all in the head. :-)



Stop relying on numbers! Your mirror is your best adviser! If you like what you see - then you are not fat, if you don't - start eating 5 times a day in SMALL portions, include veggies and fruits in every meal and drink lots of water. Start working out - at least 3 times per week.

At 5''3 you should weigh around 105 - 120 pounds. But please, don't hate yourself. Because you are you regardless what weight, okay? if you feel like nobody cares, then I just want you to know that I care! xx don't hate yourself, you're worth much much more.

No you're not fat, if you're really worried just go outside and play instead of being on the computer all the time and worrying about what other people think. Also losing 90 pounds will kill you. Stop worrying and enjoy life.



I'm 5'1 and I weigh more than you, I'm only chubby. You might be SLIGHTLY big; loose 20 pounds and that's the end of that... maybe even 10 lbs, I don't know your bone structure.



well maybe not fat you could lose a few pounds im 5'10 and weigh 130, you cant lose 90 pounds you will die



You don't need to drop 90 whole pounds!! Just walk or jog everyday and eat healthy foods and that'll do it:)
