Answers:

You can go every day, but you have to alternate between top and bottom areas of your body. 1 day do weights and abs, then next day do legs and running/cardio, then the day after arms and abs again. Back and forth. If you don't allow your muscles time to relax and repair themselves then you will see very little improvement and might even hurt yourself.

I might see a LITTLE bit of improvement, I mean very tiny. It takes time to lose weight and gain muscle. I have been working out for about a month and a half now and I JUST starting to see improvements.

NO there is no quick way to gain improvement... it takes time and work. you will only disappoint yourself if you expect anything crazy after your 5 days of exercise. you will get no more results than if you worked out 3 days next week maybe even 2 days of workout will give you the same improvement... just workout the 18th and get really sore then 2 days later workout again and get really sore... thats all you need and it will give you the same results dont waste your time abusing your body like that.

Don't go to gym each day, you gotta take a break for 1 day after you work out. Let your muscles develop. Also it depends on your work out. But i don't think you can get muscles in 5 days.

Depends on how long you exercise and your diet.
No, don't go five days straight. You could every other day. Don't stress yourself.
I don't think five days is enough, though.
(:

Depends what you do there, NEEDS MORE INFO!!

Working out can mean alot of things, but generally speaking its the days you rest after working out where you start to notice a difference
