Is this a good fat-burning workout..?!

Question: Is this a good fat-burning workout..?
I am fourteen years old, 5'1 and just under 120 pounds. I just want to trim a bit of my stomach blubber for the summer time. And yes, I am watching my diet. Would this be efficient in burning fat?
? 40 jumping jacks.
? Lay flat down on my back and jump right back up twenty times.
? 40 mountain climbers.
? 10 leg raises.
? 15 squats with water-bottle arm raises.
? 10 side planks.
*REPEATED THREE TIMES*, with crunches, sit-ups, and push-ups every second day before bed.
Would this burn fat?

Answers:

What you are doing will build and tone your muscles. That is a good thing for fat loss, because muscle workouts burn calories and fat.

But it's not the most effective way to burn fat. You need to raise your heart rate to a level that falls within 65 to 80 percent of your maximum heart rate, and keep it there for at least 20 minutes. This is called a cardio workout. For your age, that's somewhere between 120 to 160 beats per minute. You could buy a heart monitor and figure it out exactly. Or, your can just go jogging for 20-30 minutes a day, and follow it with the exercises you have listed. you'll get pretty much the same effect.

GLAD IM NOT THE ONLY ONE DOING THIS. LMFAO. omg kayla. its ashlynn.
