Question: I can't handle it anymore! What should I do..?
I'm trying to lose belly fat and I think about food all day non stop I eat food 24/7 like fruits and I have craving for chocolate but I don't eat it. How do I get the cravings for junk to go away?
and how much is the most fruits I can eat a day with out it affecting my belly?
and how do I stop thinking about food? I feel hungry all the time :\

Stuff yourself all day (like every 2-3 hours) with raw vegetables and water.



You are eating the same way someone is breathing through a straw,just thinking about the next breath.Start eating whatever you want, when you are not hungry anymore,throw the rest in the trash.You will develop a take it or leave it attitude towards food and not even think of it unless you get pretty hungry.Ok its wastefull sure, but so is eating food you dont need.Later you will be like " I havent eaten since breakfast,Im still not hungry, ill get something later.



try eating high protein foods and work out with at least an hour of cardio to keep your heart rate up which will help your metabolism also you can try adicor it'll help a lot, I use it and its been great! Fruits are ok to do but won't help much because they have a lot of natural sugars and stay away from carrots those are the highest in natural sugar.



Search for somewhere nearby that does CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) It does a good job most of the time. Give it a go :)
