Is 100% whole wheat macaroni/pasta not good to eat twice a week when trying to lose belly fat? amd beef hot dogs?

can you please give me a list on what I should eat and what I shouldn't to lose belly fat?

Whole grains are great for your body.

Just reduce the intake of red meats (that is, beef, pork lamb, etc.) and more of chicken (no skin, however) and seafood. Eat a wide variety of fruit and vegetables daily. Avoid eating salty / fried food, or other food have high sodium / fat.

Exercise often (60 min / day)
