Question: How to gain muscle help please!?
Hey I need to gain muscle for I can gain wieght because I weight 96-98 pounds and I want to weight 105-110 can anyone give me exercises to do and foods that will help me and I need to see some improvement by 2-3 weeks

Well obviously you want to do some weightlifting to tone your arms. For weightlifting, i recommend you find the highest weighing weight you can handle, and then do 12 reps with it using both arms, then 12 reps with your right, and 12 reps with your left. We have to take abs, thighs and legs into consideration too. Id recommend going jogging for at least 45 minutes a day which will define calfs and the thighs core muscles. Try and do things like 100 press-ups and sit-ups per day. Keep it simple. If you have a bench press, use it. Apart from that id say hit the gym every day that you can, use every machine you can for as long as you can. And if you have a local swimming pool, go whenever you can because swimming is great for toning arms and legs. Thats all i can think of but if you put something like 'muscle bulding excersizes' into google, you'll get tonnes of results to help you out. Good luck dude:)
