Question: What's a healthy way to lose weight?
I'm tired of all the weight loss gimmicks out there. I've tried just about all the pill's, starving myself diets etc... you name it.... I need to know healthy way to approach this obstacle.... What do you recommend?

I use to be in your shoes 2-3 years back.... and it wasn't easy for me because I didn't know where to start and I didn't have money for a personal trainer or nutritionist... I took pills and that was of course money down the drain. I was referred to a weight loss tactic that people today were just to impatient to implement in their daily lives.. I made the decision to do the opposite , stay patient and believe in myself. What I discovered was its all about what you eat... There are foods that we can eat that will increase the metabolism and burn fat and are very healthy for us...
