Question: If I use 3 and 6 pound weights will I gain any muscle in my arms?
So if I lift them in different ways and do things like punches or whatever, and do about 300 moves per day, will I gain any muscle?

A little, yeah...they'll basically get more toned than anything...
Be careful doing punching moves with weights in your hands...it's easy to strain your wrists, elbows, and/or shoulders unless you are using very light weights...
Do things like bicep curls, shoulder presses, and tricep kick-backs...you should be able to build up to more than 6lbs...I had gotten to where I could do 15# for bicep curls fairly easily, and up to 12# on tricep kickbacks...
You can look up arm exercises online for various moves that'll tone your arms from the shoulder on down...
