Question: Is this a healthy or bad day of eating?
im 14, 5"2, 85lbs, girl

breakfast: 1/2 fried egg, 1 wholemeal toast piece

dinner: 1/2 backed potato, 1 bite raw carrot, 1 piece brocilli, 1 piece cauliflower, 1 spoon peas and corn (steamed), 1 slice roast veal, gravy

dessert: 1 choc ice cream waffle cone

Ummm girl you are underweight! A girl whose 5'2 should be 110-125! You need to eat way more or else you'll stunt your growth!- I did that, it's terrible. EAT



not enough calories, snack in between, like yogurt, some nuts, or fruit/veggie and dip



I hope ur kidding!!! 85lbs. is very underweight
