Question: Am I fat? Diet tips????????
Hi my sister is 11 and she weighs 113. Lbs is she fat??? Her stomach sags and she has big thighs. She is about 5 "1". What are some good diet ideas??? Thnx yall

Not really fat but a little tiny bit overweight.
Drink more water(try to make it your main drink)
Eat veggies and fruits(make them your main source of calories)
Eat protein.
Work out (Atleast 1 hour a day)
Always eat breakfast and try to aim for a weight of 105lbs.



She's actually fine. The weight range for someone 5"1 is 105-132 lbs and the ideal weight is 118lbs. She's just perfect. If she's that concerned about her stomach or thighs then she can eat healthier if she doesn't already( i.e. fruits, veggie water and fewer treats like soda and candy ) do some very light exercises ( like running or sit ups, or girl push ups) to develop some muscles and tone up. Otherwise, she's absolutely fine.

Tell her not to eat junk food or drink soda. If she plans on eating salad, tell her not to put any dressing on it. If she eats chicken, tell her to eat the breast meat. As for exercising, tell her to jog 20-30 minutes a day and drink water to keep herself hydrated.

try dropping food like pizza, burgers,etc and add more fruits veggies, and chicken
