Breakfast: Tuna sandwhich with dark rye bread, mayonnaise and swiss cheese

Lunch: Tuna sandwhich with dark rye bread, mayonnaise and swiss cheese

Snack: Eat an orange

Dinner: Eat 1 very large bowl of vegetables with dip

Snack: Eat 1 regular bowl of vegetables with dip

Afterthought: Drink decaf green tea

Depends about the dip. Go low saturated fats. Also, low fat cheese. You really need to cut saturated fats in your diet. Overall grade A-

You'll have to eat much better then that. If you repeat meals too often, you could develop and intolerance to that food. Bread twice a day on a diet ? You should also change up on the cheeses, swiss one time cheddar the other, they have a different nutritional make up. That's what your entire diet needs, different nutrients, vitamins, proteins, you can't just rely on one size fits all day.

Someone else can guide you on dieting, I handle more the exercise side which is the key to losing weight AND being much healthier.



tuna isn't really good for you. the fish is, but the kind your talking about isn't. and mayonnaise is full of cholesteral. and it'd be better to not eat veggies with dip. cream sauces and stuff like ranch (and pretty much any dressings) are not good for you. green tea is definitely great for you though!
