Question: What should I do, I'm 5'3 and I weight around 125 pounds but I have belly fat...?
can you give me tips on how to lose it and what not to eat?

I would suggest a more leaner source of protein. Try ground turkey or ground chicken, boneless/skinless chicken breast, or fish. Whole wheat is great for you, just eat your carbs in moderation. Eat more vegetables and fruit, none of that canned stuff, bc it is high in sodium. Try frozen or fresh.

CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO! It burns fat quick. Try 30-40 mins every other day and maybe some weight training on your "off" days to build muscle (muscle burns fat). AND any core exercises will help shape your abs as well as crunches. GOOD LUCK!
