Answers:

To lose fat like that in a targeted area you need toning excercises. Which means high repititions. 150 is a bit much though.
I would recommed doing 20 repititions of different stomach excercises to work your different muscles.
Some different ones are sit ups, drawing the alphabet (this is when you lie flat on your back, put your feet straight up in the air and draw the letters of the alphabet, as it gets easier, draw them closer to the floor.), oblique raises (lie flat on your back, bend your knees so that your feet are flat on the floor then put one ankle on your knee, put your hands behind your head and sit up twisting your right elbow to your left knee. after 20, change sides).
Also, when you are sitting in a restaurant or in office or school, try to improve your posture by sitting straight and tightening your stomach muscles, keep them tense as often as possible
Doing excercises 4-5 times a week is most likely to help



i've seen people do crazy amounts of sit ups and you see little results, but they do have a strong core, the slim stomach they want is there, its just under the fat, try to eat less calories, but that does NOT mean, eat certain things, or a certain amount, fruits are good, and to keep it real with you, the tv dinner diet doesnt sound too bad to me (personally), because there are so many different veriaties, and a lot are between 300-400 calories, according to Womans World Magazine, people have been know to lose from 9-12 pounds in 7 days using a 1200 calorie diet.



Sit ups will make your abs stronger but will not necessarily trim fat. The best way to lose belly fat is high speed and intense exercise and good diet. You want low calorie food, I lost an inch of my belly in a month simply by running everyday and cutting put bread and pasta from my diet. Another tip I can give is to go for a run first thing in the morning without eating anything so your body has to use stored energy instead of energy from breakfast

however, if you run for 30 mins every day and cut back on sweets and sodas, you could potentially lose 20lbs by june depending on your weight and age. do the situps though, cuz those will make your abs more defined when you lose the belly fat. :)



ive always been told that doing sit ups doesnt help you lose weight, (spot treatment dosnt work) it just builds up your ab muscles which would make your belly bigger from all the muscle if anything.



yes, that'll work. stay constant. dont take breaks between your 150 sit ups. try doing side crunches too.
