Every time I work out or try to exercise, I get out of breath, dizzy, etc..while!

Question: Every time I work out or try to exercise, I get out of breath, dizzy, etc..while my obese friend...?
who works out with me doesn't get the same way??

I am over weight, I'm 5'4 and 155lbs. And I do try to eat halfway healthy.
My friend is OBESE, 6'0 and like 340 and yet...
when we go on walks together or work out together (trying to be workout buddies)
HE doesn't get tired, out of breath, sick, anything? And I DO? (i'm a girl)

I mean, he's obese...so how come I'm sick and about to throw up by barely any exercise and he is fine with it all???

Answers:

you could be a bit anemic - are you getting enough red meat/eggs in your diet? these are good sources of iron and are needed to help the blood cells transport oxygen to all parts of the body. if you exercise when your body doesn't have enough iron, you tire out quicker and easier. some people inherit a condition where there body finds it difficult to absorb iron, so they have to eat more of it than usual - others find they're not eating enough of it - usually through their intolerance to exercise.

He may have a higher pain tolerance than you. And he could also be healthier. Like have a better set of lungs and such. You just need to work up your endurance and you will surpass him in no time.
