Question: Is 110 pounds on the seated leg press too much for someone who just started using the machine?
i'm 17 years old 5'8 120 pounds and was wondering if i'm doing too much i barely started about 2 weeks ago
i usually do 2-3 sets with 10 reps

Definately not. im 17 and just about the same weight and i can leg press about 200. Tis good for you.
