What exercises and diet should I do to get rid of stomach fat?!


Question: What exercises and diet should I do to get rid of stomach fat?
i am fourteen years old and i have a huge problem. i have an ugly fat stomach. my legs are beautiful and so is everything else in my body but my tummy. its not like too ugly fat but its bad. i gotta wear cardigans and sweaters all the time to cover up. i am 125 lbs and my height is 5`2. whenever i wear my jeans i get love handles and stuff. they are not to major but i am very much concerned. everyone at school makes fun of my that i'm fat even though its just my tummy. everything else is good to go. i go to the gym and i only do the treadmill and the elliptical distributed for 45 minutes. should i do any other exercises? if so..what? also what diet should i follow. remember i am very young and only fourteen. PLEASE help!

Ok since your 14 you have a speedy metabolism. Eat around 900-1000 calories a day. I recomend cucumbers and cottage cheese. For exercise- JUMPROPE JUMPROPE JUMPROPE! This is how I work out. you burn 11 calories a minute doin this. Also just stay active and pay attention to when you get full. Try to eat healthy stuff. Get into the habit of reading labels and watch your carbs. Also carry a bottle of water around, it really does help. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

I'm 13. I've lost 20lbs. Currently-5'3 and 120lbs.
