Question: Need some advice on how to lose weight?
ok i got in a accident and spent about 2 weeks in hospital, 5months in a hospital bed (at home) and and another 3 months in a cast and i gained a lot of weight that i cant seem to shake. Here is the problem, i immediately had to get a job as i got better and now i am a truck driver and i would like to lose the weight but i don't know how. After driving 11 hours and spending 3 hours loading and unloading over half the day is gone and i just want to rest and am exhausted. Sleep about 7-9 hours and then got to shower etc and i cant seem to find the time. I know that not eating is dangerous and i don't want to do that under any circumstance. Now i was wondering what can i do to lose weight? I got to make a living and currently driving is what i got to do, so my question is what can i do? I do have a 25lb dumb bell in the sleeper of the truck.

Due to convenience with driving a snack is usually a peanut butter sandwich or just peanuts or something easy to choke down while driving. I have a microwave in my truck if that can assist you with telling me what is ok to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner.

I was also thinking of going on a soup diet since it is mainly water and nutrition (from what i hear) and all that but then when i lose the weight i fear going back to normal foods will put the weight back on.

So what should i eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner (several options would be great)

I started putting on fat after university. Then I started working; I had no time to look after my body and exercise, etc. I was trying to drop the fat but it was too difficult as I'm still really busy and most of time had to go out to eat because of my job.
