hi, I have been having this overweight trouble for many many years. I was taking all kinds of stuff. Till I found this site, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. I was feeling a bit lighter for the first 2 weeks, but I was starting to love myself again. After losing that first bit of weight, which was so uplifting, I started eating right to keep off the weight completely. I couldn't be happier. Here's the site: http://quickdietsecretconnect.tk

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Live with it... it should go away some day if you do all you are saying. Youve gotta be happy with yourself... you know stress is a big factor in health. Your body improves when you have less stress and worry. Life is about balance. You talk like your in very good shape... the other half the equation is thinkinking right mentally... your ok with a little baby fat. Thats just how it is and you have to accept that. Don't let it get you down. Be positive and dont stress out.

If you can't accept it for now... you could try some situps, crunches, or target the abs. Wherever the problem is you just look up some workouts for that area of the body because you have to target it. I dont know though it may be impossible to get rid of for now.

It will go away, dont worry about it. You still have a lot of growing to do and the "baby fat" will evenly distribute itself over your body so in a few years you will be wondering "what baby fat".

You are still young. It will distribute itself out eventually. Especially during puberty.
