Question: How can I lose 20 pounds fast?
Answers:
Hey, I was 196.5 and I am now 139 lbs (thought I would throw that in there to make me a credible source ;) )
- Run a mile everyday (may feel slow at first, but it will become easier and you will be faster, trust me!)
- Eat well-- this for me is pretty easy because I am at college, and in an apartment (I have to buy my OWN food-- cause what is there is what you will eat!) Might not be easy due to the fact that you are provided this by your parent/guardian.
- Workout everyday/ every other day
- Weight is not what holds ANYONE down
- Stay motivated
- Drink water and green tea
- Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep
- Do not eat past 8 o'clock/ 2 to 3 hours before going to bed
- EAT BREAKFAST!
- NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP! (TRUST ME, this stuff is bad for you and WILL SLOW YOU DOWN). If you can cut this out of your diet, you=golden

This is what worked for me! I am still losing Weight. Last week my doctor said that she was impressed with my changes. I still have 30 pounds to go I posted these on my twitter. Try drinking a healthy smoothies once or twice a day. Make sure you drink lots of water. Cut out all soda, juices, white flour, extra sugar, and regular potato chips. Eat lean meats and eat lots of beans lentils, tons of fruit and veggies. Have a Green Smoothie for breakfast. Follow this ratio with your Green Smoothie 60% fruit and 40%v Vegetables

It's not good to eat a heavy meal right before bed time. Try eating dinner at least 3 to 3 1/2 hours before bed time.
