Hi. I am 17 years old. I wanna gain more weight. What should i do. Please help

Basically you have 2 options.
Option 1: Eat a lot of fatty food and exercise bare minimum.
Option 2: Go to the gym or buy a lot of exercising equipment that you can use to build muscles. Muscles do make you gain weight so you kinda get a two-in-one in this one! :D Hope this helps!



To gain weight? You most likely need to eat more carbs such as pasta and bread. Instead of having several small meals a day, try having maybe 2 or 3 very large meals a day. Your aim is to actually slow down your metabolism, and by the look of you age, it seems soon your metabolism will eventually slow down even more, making it harder to loose weight. Another way to get fat is fast foods, but by eating that junk, all the fat you want will end up in your thighs and your arteries. Unless your anorexic, i think maybe you should try working out on top of eating more. By doing this you will gain both mass and muscle. Try p90x. Its a difficult 90 day program, but if u follow the rules, you may be able to get a 6 pack. The first month of the program, u aim to loose weight, so id skip that phase in the meal plan.



Eat more protein (meat, eggs, tofu). Also, please pair this with a proper exercise program or else your extra weight will not be properly "assimilated" by your body and you will just be adding a burden to yourself. Your body must be able to handle the extra weight you are putting in, unless you want to be a slug.



I used to have the same problem, I tried eating junk food all the time (not healthy btw). I than found the best way to keep my weight on was to eat a high protein and grain diet along with strength training. I stopped having the issue of my weight yo- yo'ing. back and forth.



Once you get into lifting CORRECTLY (very important) start adding weight onto the bars/machine and hit 4 sets in the 6-12 range. Avoid doing lifts in the high reps....that'll just make your metabolism faster and cause you to lose weight.

If you are non veg you can have raw egg with milk. It doesn't sounds good but it is very help full.



you can do some exercise in your house, or good one is just go to the gym..and follow the instruction of gym master.....
