Question: I just ate something bad, and am now feeling guilty :(?
I have been on a disciplined diet for 2 weeks, but this morning, i don't know why, I had a massive craving to eat something sweet, and i ate a large bowl of sweet cereal.

I feel so guilty now, and feel like I can't get on with my day.

Someone make me feel better?

your allowed to indulge every now and again!! dont completely deprive yourself otherwise u will just crave these things more often and your diet will fail!!

just eat in moderation and regularly, perhaps have something healthy like a salad for lunch to make up for it :) good luck xx



The reason you binged (and btw your binge wasn't bad at all so stop worrying!) is because you have been on such a discilpined diet for 2 weeks. I tried a diet like this before and I just kept binging. I actually lost 15lbs on a healthy diet with a bit of junk in moderation. Women need 2000 calories a day to maintain their weight. When you are trying to lose weight, cutting your calories to 1200-1500 a day and exercising 4-5 times a week is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. Say your large bowl of cereal had 500calories...it still gives you 1000 to eat throughout the day. Just keep the rest of the day healthy and work out if you feel really bad.



Oh Please. When I was on Weight Watchers I ate everything from Pizza to Boston Creme Donuts. And one day I messed up BIG TIme had a Cheese and Ham Omelette for Breakfast, a Chicken Sandwich with French fries, for lunch, and pizza for dinner, and I lost 2.8 pounds that week. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, a bowl of sweet cereal is not a deal breaker.

It depends what cereal. Most are high in sodium/sugar and low in vitamins/minerals and are made with enriched products. I can not make you feel better without lying to you. You can eat a some junk and still lose weight. It just has to be in a very small moderation.



every now and then ur allowed a treat as long as u continue ur diet then its no problem if u still feel guilty go for a walk or jog it will put ur mind at ease knowing u burnt it off

Go for a jog, and then just relax.
