Small body type - want to gain weight?!


Question: Small body type - want to gain weight?
I'm 19 , 5'4 & 100 pounds.. half asian & got the petite asian body type
I'm a pretty good eater, but it's really hard for me to put on weight
if i see any part of my body getting bigger it's my cheeks & stomach, really wish it just went to my ***, boobs & thighs loll

any advice on how to gain weight in wanted areas aside from overeating?

First off, unless you're super skinny I am wondering why you want to gain weight, but ok.

Pretty sure you cant make your boobs bigger, and unless you're an A cup I wouldn't even consider implants. As for your booty and thighs, just eat protein mostly. Fat and carbs will gain fat, protein will help you build muscle. And drink milk/water. Running will help build muscle in thighs.

P.S. Asian girls are soo cute!



Haha same here:( i eat like a pig and my friends stare at me like wtf i am so skinny and worse i have long legs so no fat gets put in there either :( building muscles is really hard for us kind of people becuase we are so skinny we have to work out and eat all those protien things only to find out it dosen't help a whole lot :/

i'm full asian 14, 5'7 and 114lbs and my boobs are shy their like 32A, my mom said that i well be the tallest one in my family she said i was the first person to be 5'7 at 14. I'm even taller than my dad and sister and she's 22! If you don't get taller than you won't get skinnier.



try a high protein diet combined with physical activity! 6 small meals a day will get your metabolism up and make it easier for you to make diet adjustments and see the results.



Proten like chicken or you can go buy a bucket of lard
