Question: Can not eat fruits or vegetables?
To be clear this is not just a dislike of fruits and veggies, it's being ill to point of vomiting just from the flavor or smell of some fruits or veggies. I do have some exceptions, I can eat cooked potatoes, catchup (but NOT tomatoes), most nuts, grain and grain products. Other than that just about any plant type of food makes me ill. Sometimes I have to leave the room when someone is eating apples or other fruits because I have trouble not gagging from the smell.

There is a genetic mutation that some people have where they have strong food aversions.
The cure?
Therapy, and keep on trying to eat them. Honestly, that's it. It's been scientifically proven that the more times you consume a food you don't like, you'll slowly begin to like it.
The way they treat patients like this, is to start them off with 1 thing. Maybe in your case, 1 baby carrot a day. Or 1 slice of apple a day. It's a very slow process, and you need to WANT to be cured.
It is doable though, it just takes hard work and dedication.
Our bodies are turned off by foods that have the vitamins we already have in our systems. For example, I can't stand the smell of canned beets (a high iron food) and my iron is higher than average.
sounds like you need to get allergy tests done. However, not healthy to not eat any of them as our bodies need fruit and vegetables not just grains and meat.
