I agree that that is a little puzzling, however, maybe it's because you are not getting enough regular exercise? Exercise is what burns those calories and works off that fat. Here are some tips:

1. Listen to your favourite tracks when you exercise (they boost your performance by 34%)
2. Choose a certain type of exercise, making sure it is the right one for you, if you want to lose weight on your bum then look up 'how to lose weight on your bum' - it will come up with very helpful results.

You need to exercise for up to roughly 1 month to see real results!

I have been in your position, this information is the lesson I learnt.

Another person totally uneducated when it comes to diets.

The simple fact is that you eat 'x' number of calories. If you want to lose weight, you need to to burn up more than 'x' calories. If you are not losing weight, then that suggests you are either still eating foods high in calories (newsflash: cheese, chocolate and fried foods are NOT the only unhealthy things in terms of calories), or not execising enough, or both.

In addition, you need to eat healthily and exercise for more than 4 weeks to see a real difference.

Are you a diabetic? Or just because you have given up sweets doesn't mean that you are home free. ~white bread is bad wheat bread is ok,Brown rice is good white rice is bad .Bread and tortillas are bad, if you must eat tortillas please don't eat the whole pack, they turn to sugar, please eat small meals tru the day. Weight your meat, eat baked chicken meat, without the skin, drink plenty of water thru the day so that when is time to eat,you are kind of full and won't eat as much, take a walk everyday leave the car in your driveway.you will loose weight. Good luck and god bless you

you must still be eating too many calories than you are burning off. Bread, potatoes, and other carbs are the worst things, but you still need some of them for energy. It could be that because you have given up all the yummy things, you're compensating with bigger portions maybe.

Eating things like porridge for breakfast keep you fully for longer, and if you have to eat bread, have wholemeal bread instead. And things in rich sauces are full of calories

it takes some people longer to lose wait then others , keep it up for a couple more weeks and if still no improvement go see your doctor

Controling diet is not help full for losing wait you have to do heavy workout daily minimun 1.00 hr

sounds like you need more exercise x
