Please help me! Losing weight?!

Question: Please help me! Losing weight?
Hi there :) thank you for looking at my question.
Let me first explain myself a little. I am a 12 year old girl who is in middle school.I'm 4"11 and weigh 110 pounds. I don't do much exercise ( I know it's not good ) except for P.E. I have an athletic body type, which is very muscular especially on the legs. So my body looks a lot heavier than what it truly is because of the muscle. I probably look about 130 or 120 pounds. My problem is that i want to be skinny ( not super skinny but more than what i am right now .) I see people everyday wearing shorts or a tank top and how I long to wear something like that but I remember how i look in the mirror and I beat myself up (mentally.) I want to be like one of those girls, the ones who can look great in anything they wear. I turn down to go swimming all the time because i feel big. I don't want this kind of life anymore. I want to feel great and happy about my body. :) As far as exercising, I'm not the best at it let's just say. I just need outside advice. I'm truly sorry if i seem like one of these kids that's a brat. I don't want to appear that way. Is there any for diet that i can take? ( I'm a vegetarian so please nothing with animals :) Or maybe an exercise plan? I don't eat much junk food and I don't drink soda pop. Thank you so much for taking the time to see this question and i wish you a great night/or day :D Again i don't want to seem bratty or offend anyone :) Thank you.

Best regards
:)

Eat healthy: eat 3 whole meals a day. For your meals, you want something healthy and that fills you up so that you don't get hungry again for a long time. You need to also make healthy choices like eating whole wheat bread or whole grain bread instead of white bread and brown rice instead of white rice. Cut all junk food. They are bad for you and cause weight gain fast. Cut fast food as well! If you get hungry in between your 3 meals, eat a piece of fruit/vegetable, low-fat yogurt, skim milk, or fruit juice. THey are all good and healthy and will burn fat. As well as eating healthy, combine with exercise and you will lose the weight healthfully and easily. Diets don't work in the long run. When you consume too little, or deprive yourself of certain foods, you are also not getting the essential nutrients. That's why everyone gain the weight back and more in diets. Diet's are a plan for fail. INstead, just focus on eating healthy. You will feel better, look better, and perform better. Opt for a healthy lifestyle, not a fad diet. that's how you lose weight and keep it off for good.
For the exercise, don't overdo yourself. Just walking, jogging for 1 hour each day will be more than enough. Rememeber to rest for 1 day of the week. Also, if 1 hour is too long for you, you can BREAK IT DOWN thorughout the day. Nobody said you have to get it all done in one shot, just do some after you wake up, some in the afternoon myabe, and sometime before or after dinner. It's more managaeable that way.
eat healthy and exercise is the golden rule of losing weight. Good luck hun :)

it's really sad that you worry about your weight, you're only 12 :( 110 pound is ideal weight for your height and age. You should focus on more important things than what you look like.
I really don't get how 12 year olds even think like this it's upsetting :(
Be happy with how you are!

you cannot loose weight with too much of exercise instead you should go for walk or jogging and as far as possible include lemon in your diet you may skip your breakfast and just drink lemon with honey and even in lunch or dinner try to avoid fat or oily food

Diets are bulls***.
Anybody who tells you different is lying right in front your face.
There is no easy way out or cheat codes in life.
The only time you have a diet is for a medical reason as prescribed by a doctor.
I'm sorry if I sound harsh, but I was exactly like you.
I weighed 211 lbs and was ashamed to take off my shirt in public ever since elementary school.
It was only until 6 months ago that I started taking a weight lifting class in high school.
Since then I have dropped 4 pants sizes and felt better about myself.
You don't want to exercise, then tough.
Because I'll tell you this: everything has a price.
The price to being in better shape just happens to be dedication, hard work, and the will to better yourself.

Even if you don't follow my advice, know that I wish you the best of luck in whatever you do.
