You only take one vitamin a day unless otherwise suggested. You're really supposed to get the majority of your vitamins and minerals from your food and taking the pill is a supplement to that

then do jsut that - too many vitamin can lead to poisining - you body can only process so much of some vitamins - some accumulates and can be harmful if you take too much, otehrs are excreeded by the body if you have too much so its still better to get vitamins from food but 1 centrum a day will ensure you have the right vitamins your diet might lack - dont take multiple types as it can be harmful
