How many calories should you have for breakfast and lunch?!
Question: How many calories should you have for breakfast and lunch?
I'm 16, fairly slim (I don't know how much I weigh), and I exercise for about 15-30mins each day (jogging).
I'm not dieting, I just don't want to get into a habit of over-eating or anything.

lt totally depends on your preference. lt's not what you eat, it's how much you eat! People have different calorie intake for each meals. For example my breakfast calories is around 350cal (l eat lots of porridge for slow-releasing energy to stop binging throughout the day) then l eat another 350 for lunch, and then 600 for dinner! l workout pretty much everyday so l still have a few treats to increase my calorie intake that l burned off. So my answer is that it depends. On average, a women should eat around 2000cal a day, and more if they're active (same goes for men).
