U should exercise more and eat when u are hungry.
Otherwise u will justr make urself yo-yo efect, that means u will starve urself and when u remove fat belly ull start to eat normaly again but calories will come faster couse ur body will store it more - becouse u stoped eating
obviously not candy for a while, don't change your diet too much just work out a lot and do a holy Jesus Christ ton of sit ups you can get a 6 pack in a week from doing like 150 or 200 sit ups a day. it seems hard and your stomach will ache for a while from being sore and 1 week probs wont do it but you will notice a difference and just keep doing it every day till your satisfied with the results and dont give up or skip a day. one day leads to two and so on..
Couldn't you just research this yourself? Anyways, obviously no junk food, soda, juice.. And eat lots of veggies and fruits, and lean meat such as chicken, turkey and fish.
try not to eat foods like pork or hamburger hon. and *** and see me if u want to eat something u will really like HINT: IT SQUIRTS CLEAR STUFF THAT IS STICKY
