Question: What happens if you eat less calories each day than you should?
im trying to lose weight and i have determined how many calories i should eat each day to obtain the weight i want to achieve. what would happen if i ate less than that?

That's what you HAVE TO DO TO LOSE WIEGHT!

For instance ME. 185 lbs 17 yr old MALE. My daily needs is 2400 calories but instead, I make a calorie deficit by taking out about 400-500 calories and only eat 1800. Throw an exercise routine on top of that like insanity or insanity asylum(just came out) Then you WILL lose weight!

If your thinking of eating much less food then that's bad. You don't wanna eat very little then when you lost your weight, continue eating normal and gain it back. Stick with the details i gave you. Subtract about 400-500 calories from your daily NEEDS and that's it! Be sure to workout though and you'll be fine. It works!



As long as you're eating enough to keep up normal body function, you'll be fine. Recommended lowest daily cals are 1200, so be sure to keep above that, more if you're very active. If you're feeling very lethargic, constantly hungry, etc, That's starvation mode and you'll stall.



i dont know how many less were talking but dont stop eating if your still hungry but dont eat until your full only eat until your satisfied if you eat to little calories that could be considerd starving yourself and it will only turn around because the minute you start eating normal again youll gain twice the weight back and if youyr athletic just burn more calories than you eat
