Does it matter when i exercise ?!


Question: Does it matter when i exercise ?
I exercise 2 hours after i eat breakfast, is that okay ??, because i heard you're supposed to exercise before you eat breakfast , on an empty stomach .

Answers:

You'll be working out at a low energy level pretty much! Unless you wake up with alot of energy an power. But if you eat breakfast then have your workout an hour or so later then you'll have the energy to give it your all.

What I do is eat Breakfast. Eat lunch. Have an INTENSE workout then eat dinner (my biggest meal) while your metabolism is ready to take in and burn down food.

But all in it doesn't really matter. Just don't exercise RIGHT after a meal.



No no u have to exercise with something in your stomach otherwise you will probably get dizzy or faint from your exercises. You are doing fine, I do the same! Also, eat after the workout. You want to eat carbs and protein. I prefer a protein shake as it has carbs and protein all in one. Make sure to get one high in protein and low or none in sugar.
