Question: Would it be better for me to do yoga before or after my workout? Or both?
I want to feel the most comfortable and refreshed I can feel!

Answers:

I would do it afterward as a cool down.



If you are doing real Yoga, that is your workout. If you dont work your muscles and break a serious sweat, then you arent doing Yoga........>
