I CAN HELP YOU!:) lol k you cant really lose weight fast EASILY, cus easy would be not trying. But you can make your experience feel easier by the way you think - think postive, and do things /eat things you really like. For ex. you need to exercise, but to make that easier do activitys you like, good ones i like are walking, dancing, running sometimes, certain workout routines i found in magazines, and boxing. (sports too are good) and drink lots of water, get as much sleep as you can, and try to eat 3 meals a day with 1 or 2 snacks or 4 smaller meals a day. Only eat when hungry, and keep portions in check - not too small, not to big. (but better to be smaller than bigger if your trying to loose weight) Try to eat healthy foods most of the time, try to make right chooics MOST of the time. Here are some healthy snacks/meals you can try with healthy foods that taste good this way:((these are my favs)
*Yogert&fruit parfaits - Use 1 serving of yogert, put in small bowl add gornila and berrys. can have as snack or put more in and make it a great breakfast. (my fav is vanila yogert with straw and blueberys, taste amazing)
* Stir frys - veggie noodle or rice stir frys are good
* fish
*chicken/ceaser salads
* chese and grapes
* strawbery banana smoothies
* chocolate banana smoothies
* sttrawberys or rasberys with chocolate sauce over them
The more fruit youl eat, the more youll grow to like it, and soon youll actualy pick fruit over candy! and dont forget lots of protein in meals!!!! and lower carbs most of the time while loosing...

Almonds
Peanut butter crackers ( reduces fat pack)

I started putting on fat after university.
