Question: I need fitness/guitarist advice?
I want to gain some Weight but not in fat way so I tried to join a gym but someone told me that lifting wights causes the hand to be a hard and slow and I don't want that because I play guitar and i need the flexibility and the fastness so is their a way to build up my body without this .
it's really important so please only answer if you're sure about it.

Answers:

LOL doesn't matter if your hands are FAT or SKINNY or HARD! Why not just gain muscle? I'm a 185 lb male and my hands are perfect for playing FAST guitar. I recommend you lift weights and put muscle.

About your hands getting hard, just use a glove or something so you hand doesn't grow callus. You'll be fine

3 years metal guitar shredding :D Also in shape fit guy

I think what you are trying to say is that building certain muscles in the hands, wrist and arms can slow down your playing. This is certainly true for drummers and they are discouraged from weight training for that very reason. I really don't know if this holds true for guitar or not. Personally I would say that as long as you keep working on your guitar playing dexterity along with the weight training you'll be just fine. Try some good quality protein shakes (weight gain type) along with the weight training. Creatine will pack on the weight also but be sure to research possible downsides to it.
