Your number one tummy fat builder is SUGAR! Kick it to the curb. Also foods that promote bloating such as low fiber breads and excessive dried fruits like raisins. Fast foods also contain ingredients and are cooked in unhealthy, low-grade, heat oxidized oils so steer clear of those as well.

Eats lots of leafy greens, low-fat lean meats, drink green tea and lots of water and get exercise and you'll be golden :o)
