Question: Please answer, I don't understand this..?
I'm 15 my height is 5'2 and I weight 125 but I have some belly fat so
I'm trying to lose belly fat so I looked on this website to see what I shouldn't eat and it gave me a whole list and some food don't make sense to me, like why can't I eat it?

Like it says not to eat these stuff like # 12 says Gum. Can I have sugar free gum?
And why not # 20 whats wrong with pickles?
also whats wrong with coffee?

Is special k berries cereal included? can I have it every morning for breakfast with skim milk?

BQ:if you were trying to lose belly fat/weight and didn't exercise would you have 100% whole wheat pasta/macaroni
and brown rice? how often of each?

Answers:

if its just some belly fat your worried about try doing some sit ups don't eat after 8pm drink lots of water and greens try some hot green tea in the morning to clean out your system a bit and burn some calories. a early run in the morning to keep you bodies metabolism working harder through out the day.



Not to be rude, but I can see why you would want to lose a few pounds.

EAT NO: junk foods, oils
EAT LESS: carbs (breads and pasta), cheese

Special K & skim milk sounds good to me! Remember, don't eat too little either!



The South Beach diet is good for losing belly fat, it is protein and no carbs for a couple weeks then very few after that. It has been proven to work...



Do you know how pickles are made? You get a cucumber and soak it in salt and vinegar for a few days.

That website is stupid, evil, and lies. You only need to lose a few lbs. Maybe 5.
One cup of coffee everyday is allowed, but try not to substitute it for healthier, more nutritious food. Sweets are fine in moderation (i.e. 3 cookies like keebler in 1/2c of skim milk)

You should try doing some core exercises for 15min everyday. Here's one: Sit on your feet by kneeling on the ground and....sitting on your feet. Put your forearms (below wrist) to your ear and then curl inward (like you are trying to headbutt knees, don't go straight down. you should feel a slight ab burn) 30times. Break. Repeat. Break. Repeat. DONE!

1/2c to 1c of brown rice or whole grain wheat pasta (not multigrain and check that there isn't too much enriched flour) at dinner or whatever meal preferably 1x a day.
