Yes, you are definitely way too thin, and it's not healthy. You should weigh at least 140lbs to be healthy, and you would still be thin at that weight. I think gaining 15lbs would be a great goal.

If you want to gain weight, try adding more healthy, but calorie dense foods. Sure, you could gain weight eating double cheeseburgers and doughnuts, but that's not healthy for anyone! I wouldn't want you to do that. Try eating smaller meals every 2-3 hours. That way you won't feel overly stuffed. I also find that eating this way helps keep my energy levels up, which will be great for you since you are a runner.

Since you are active, you are probably going to have to eat a lot if you want to gain weight, in order to compensate for all the exercise you are doing. I would recommend adding calorie dense foods. Here is a good list of some things you can add to your diet:

-natural nut butters (peanut butter, almond butter, etc)
-nuts/seeds
-dried fruits
-eggs (yolk and white both)
-more lean protein (chicken breast, ground beef/turkey, canned tuna, salmon, other fish, etc)
-more whole grain carbs (bagels, breads, pastas, brown rice, cereals, potatos, sweet potatos, etc)
-avocado (good on sandwiches or in salads)
-olive oil
-hummus (goes great with veggies or on toast)
-2% or whole milk/yogurts/cottage cheese
-protein bars (Powerbar, Clif, Luna, Larabars, etc)

Also, if you need a snack but aren't very hungry, you can try making a smoothie using fresh fruits (bananas--either fresh or frozen, berries, etc), some yogurt, ice and maybe even a scoop or two of peanut butter. You could also add Carnation Instant breakfast packets or protein powder for more calories/protein. They also sell Ensure or Boost drinks, which are filled with vitamins and minerals and taste kind of like a milkshake. Each bottle has 250cal/8oz (350 calories for the Plus varieties). Adding 1 or 2 of these a day IN ADDITION to what you already eat should help you put on some healthy weight.

Lastly, you may want to try adding a bit of strength training into your routine to try to gain a little muscle. Trust me, you will look SOOOO awesome if you gain like 15-20lbs, and you will feel 100% better too, and have so much more energy! I know it's hard, but you can do it! I hope you'll try some of those suggestions I gave above. Best of luck to you!!!

Yes, you are. You should increase the amount you're eating, to get the amount's lined in the food pyramid every day (Possibly adjusted for more of a runner's diet, but you should be building up more muscle now.

Try to work your way up, to eating a lot more, but still managing the same exercise routine.

I would say you could probably gain a few pounds. You're very fit, and I'm sure you want to stay that way--you just don't want to look unnatural--right? I suggest eating lots of fruits and veggies, adding more carbs to your diet (maybe whole grain pasta, whole wheat bread--to help you gain a little weight but still keep you healthy). Don't gorge on sweets though--that does not do anything for you. :) Some dark chocolate once or twice a week is OK though--and it's good for you! (Plus yummy)

woahhh you have the smallest weight...it's kinda creepy looking
but I envy how small they are. And you have nice curves. kinda sharp but they are still curves with a nice V-line.
You should eat more foods taht will give you nicely sculpted curves and not make you fat in your butt, etc: lean beef, chicken breast without the skin, nuts, turkey are some foods will help you gain weight nicely.

You do look a little too skinny. If you want to gain weight, try eating foods with a lot proteins and fats. You could eat things like salmon, chicken, dairy products, or peanuts. Good luck!

Eat more. At your weight, you'd have to eat A LOT for MONTHS to get fat. Eat at least 2,000 calories a day and more on the days you run.
