help me with my gym workout?!

Question: Help me with my gym workout?
Im 21 and have just had a baby. Im 16st but im 5ft 91/2. If i was short id probably loog really big. So i dont look out of proportion or huge. I do want to lose weight though. At the minute i go to the gym everyday. I do 10 minutes on all the machines; stepper, bike, cross trainer and rowing machine. Then 20 on the treadmill level 4-7. Then i use the hula hoop. Is this good enough? What should i be doing? Im not on a diet but i dont eat crap anymore. Thanks :) xx

Hmmmm, to me it sounds like you're very motivated to looks weight but don't forget that good things take time-- If i were you, i'd actually not do so many things at once or else you'll burn out. Do maybe the stair stepper for 30, then run for a bit on one day, and then the next do the cross trainer, rowing machine and the bike. the hula hoop sounds like it's just for fun but if you're burning calories, who cares right?
maybe do the hula hoop another day with some lunges (works your badonk and hamstrings AMAZINGLY) and even do some situps. You won't bulk up if you lift weights too--weights will make your body toned but not in a manly nasty way--they always get a bad rep.
good job for you getting back into the groove btw, and enjoy your new born!
ps-i wish i was that tall haha

You should start running, sit-ups and push-ups. These will work most of your muscles and you will burn a lot of fat as well. Running is best in the morning, and after a good breakfast. TREADMILLS ARENT GOOD. when was the last time you ran on a perfect sidewalk with no turns or elevation? Always run outside when you can. Try to run until you just can't possibly anymore, and break as little as possible.

Also, stretch before an after each workout.

Well what you are doing sounds like a good workout plan....for me personally after having my son, i was running just 2 miles a day at a fairly good pace and doing about 150 situps a day...i lost alot! and now am even smaller than before i got preg. Your workout is good just make sure those excercises you give it your all when doing them. keep up the cardio and you should lose in no time...good luck!!

oh and also I dont really eat red meat...very rarely so eat lots of chicken!
