weight loss confusion?!

Question: Weight loss confusion?
so i want to lose weight. i'm currently 5 foot 3 at 166 lbs. i've always heard that in order to lose weight, you need to use more calories than you take in. i've also heard it's unhealthy to eat less than 1200 calories a day, but with my exercise routine i only burn about 250-300 calories and i'm working my butt off. so my question is, how the heck am i supposed to burn 1200 calories a day????

Answers:

You can't possibly burn more calories then you are taking in. I would suggest keeping your same exercise and eating 1500 calories a day but broken up into 4 or 5 small meals, which keeps your metabolism working around the clock. Also drink a glass of water before you eat a meal and drink another glass during your meal. Your body needs to be VERY hydrated to flush out toxins and built up water weight.
Hope I helped :)
