How can I lose weight?!


Question: How can I lose weight?
Right now I am at a whopping 93 pounds, 5'2. How can i lose the last 5 pounds?

listen. i was gonna give you a whole selective detailed description on loosing weight. But 93 lbs? at 5'2? I think you should be toning at this stage. Weight has nothing to do with how much fat is actually on your body. If you want to loose fat and get toned then definitely drink lots of fluids and walk, run, swim, ETC. Now if you are a person who is more indoors then try in-place workouts. Try a low saturated fat diet and watch the sugars. Soda pop especially. My experiences loosing weight is that no matter what you have to exercise unless you are on a specific soup diet. Hope this helped. ^_^



Honestly I think you are skinny enough. I would check your BMI(Body Mass Index) and make sure you are on target with you weight loss. Also, I am not a doctor but you may want to check with your physician and make sure your plan is appropriate for you.

Watch what you eat.
walk more ex: instead of taking elevator take stairs. little things like that can help you so much in the long run.



Go 2 Gym or walk for about 2 miles a day for 2 or 3 weeks.

AND DON'T FORGET TO GO ON A DIET!!!!
