Question: Lost 6 lbs. in 2 days?
Okay so there was maybe 2 days where i completely lost it and pigged out and i gained about 3 lbs. Then starting 2 days ago i was back on my normal healthy diet and i weighed myself and I lost 6 lbs. This obviously isn't healthy but i'm assuming it's not normal either? I just want some reassurance that this is just from the way I was eating and not some bigger problem

if you're little and you eat alot, your body wont absorb much of what you eat, honestly most of the food probably just passed right through you.. like corn.. lol Im sure you're fine.. If you keep losing weight with your normal diet then you may want to be concerned.



Losing 6 pounds of body mass in two days is nearly impossible unless you're fighting off a really life threatening virus. You couldn't do that even if you ran 5 miles each day and didn't eat. This happened right after you pigged out?
Some of those awesome tasty foods are loaded in sodium, you probably just had a lot of water retention that you got rid of in going back to your healthy plan,



A lot of that fluctuation in weight isn't real weight. It's water retention. You would have had to create a caloric deficit of 3500 x 6 = 21,000 calories to achieve an real 6 pound weight loss. That's near impossible.

What you need to do is weigh yourself first thing in the morning after peeing. That will get you a more accurate reading.
