How to lose at least 20 pounds?!


Question: How to lose at least 20 pounds?
I'm 14, I weigh roughly 165 pounds, and I'm 5'6". I want to lose weight before summer time, at least 20 pounds will bring me to a normal weight for my height.

I'm a vegetarian, I have been for almost a year, I've seen maybe 5 pounds of weight loss. I feel like it isn't enough, I want to be able to wear a bikini and not look disgusting. Will someone help me please?

Realistically, if you're trying to be healthy with it and *keep the weight off* when you're through dieting, you should try to lose 1.5-2lbs a week. If you burn more calories than you take in, you will lose weight. Find a good way to count calories (I like http://myfitnesspal.com ), exercise, and stick with it.

If you just try to starve yourself, you might lose a few pounds fast, but you'll gain it back even faster and may gain a few more as well as hurting your metabolism.
