How do I get myself from eating at night?!


Question: How do I get myself from eating at night?
I eat 1000 calories at night. And 600 calories in the day time. Im not hungry until after midnight.

Yeah i'm similar. Its your brain chemistry, the more tired you are theres less off a inhibition to eat more.

Eat carrots. They're huge and more filling then most foods. Or other veges. And don't eat for 2 hours before bed...this dosent apply to veges to which its an hour.



600 calories during the day is too little. Up your intake during the day, and have a light snack at night.

A trick I use is to brush my teeth during the early evening. After this you do not feel like eating



eat more calories during the day. try eating more healthy things like apples and raw carrot that suppress appetite.
